Now the men will get these days of holidays, a big gift from the Modi government to the employees of the new year
Before the beginning of the new year, the Modi government has decided to give a big gift to the employees. It was recommended to give a single child care to the single father from seventh salary paycheck. On which the center has sealed and issued a notification. Earlier these holidays were available to women employees only. But now this child care will be available for men too.
According to this notification, 730 days leave for male staff will be provided for child care. But this facility is available only for men whose wife has died or whose children are under 18 years of age.
This change happened even in paid levies
In addition, considering the interests of the center employees, there has also been a change in the pay-basis. Accordingly, the advance stay of five days before January and July only will be added to their account every calendar year.
In other countries this is the rule
There is no paid facility in the United States. But under the Family and Medical Law Act 1993, employees can take unnecessary leave of 12 weeks. In California, a 6 month holiday can be taken. In Australia, a 18-week leave can be taken for the care of children.
